Backups that
have been restored.

Almost every business we take on has backups running. Far fewer have ever restored one, and that is the only version of the question that matters.

How we work

A Florida provider, and you own your own systems

Haya Information Services LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, document number L22000299709, filed in 2022, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations.

You own your accounts, your domain and your data, and we will hand over administrator access on request without an argument — a provider who holds your domain hostage is not a provider. We do not do penetration testing or security auditing, which belongs with a specialist security firm, and licensed cabling and electrical work goes to licensed contractors.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

Do you own our domain or accounts?

No, and you should never let a provider do that. Your tenant, domain and data are registered to you, and we will hand over administrator access whenever you ask.

Do you test the backups?

Yes, with scheduled test restores and the results shown to you. A backup that has never been restored tells you nothing.

Can you guarantee we will not have an outage?

No. Hardware fails and providers have outages. What we can do is make recovery fast and tested instead of theoretical.

Do you do security audits or penetration testing?

No. That is specialist work and we will refer you to a security firm rather than pretend otherwise.

What are your response times?

Written into the service agreement, so they can be held to. We would rather commit to something realistic than promise instant.

We already have a provider. Is switching painful?

Usually less than people fear, provided you own your accounts and domain. We will check that first — and if you do not, getting it back is the first job.
